The Texas Right-of-Way Workshop is a training program that covers all aspects of ROW, including project planning, title research, due diligence, engineering plants, ingress/egress, agricultural issues, easements, negotiations, compensation calculations, record documentation and condemnation procedures, and includes course binder, engineering ruler and calculator. Participants will be fully qualified to become ROW agents upon completion of the course and will receive a Certificate of Completion. For midstream operators, it's a crash course on how ROW contracts get done. For service and supply companies, it's a quick way to learn the best time to submit proposals for newbuild projects.
