Timothy L. Dove

Timothy L. DoveTim Dove, president and chief operating officer of Pioneer Natural Resources Co., previously was executive vice president and chief financial officer and, prior, its executive vice president, business development. Dove joined the company via a Pioneer predecessor, Parker & Parsley, in 1994, where he was senior vice president, business development. Before joining Parker & Parsley, Dove worked in international E&P, marketing, refining, planning and development for Diamond Shamrock Corp and its successor, Maxus Energy Corp. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and MBA from the University of Chicago.
